Product Information
Product Description: Our Magnetic Floating Base features a Cube model powered by electricity and advanced magnetic technology. This product is intended for decorative display purposes only. Due to the strong magnetic fields and electrical components, handle with care and follow all safety instructions provided.
Safety Notice:
This product contains strong magnets which may interfere with pacemakers or other medical devices.
Keep the product away from electronic devices, magnetic storage media, and other sensitive equipment to avoid damage.
Use only with the provided power adapter and in accordance with the user manual.
Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small parts, electrical components, and strong magnets.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. All prices are listed in GBP(£). Local Currency will be shown at Checkout.
Missing or Damaged Items
If any parts are missing or damaged upon receiving your product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Provide a description and, if possible, photographs of the missing or damaged parts. We will arrange to send you the missing or replacement parts at no additional charge.
Please note:
We will only replace missing parts that are reported within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If the product has been opened, used improperly, or tampered with, we may be unable to verify the claim, and the item may not be eligible for a replacement.
Returns and Refunds
Returns Policy: We offer returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hoverloot.com with your order details. All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
Conditions for Return:
If the product has been opened, used, or damaged through misuse, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Returns are at the customer's own cost, and we cannot reimburse return shipping fees.
Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be for the purchase price minus the shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: If a product is reported as defective after the 14-day period, we will assess each case individually and offer a remedy where applicable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
